Wait a minute.

From the website:

    Stealth S.S.A.™ Sound Amplifier

The Stealth S.S.A. Sound Amplifier is a discreet alternative to a hearing aid.

Cleverly designed to look like a cell phone earpiece, this sound enhancer lets you hear even the softest voices from up to 50 feet away.

You’ll enjoy conversations,TV, movies, theater and more like never before (and no one will know your secret!).

Includes 3 earpiece sizes, AC charger and rechargeable batteries.

What's that old saying?

Hide in plain earshot, right?

No?

And what's with the white-haired guy, anyway?

I know plenty of people half his age (yo, clifyt!) who can barely hear at all after years of earsplittingly loud music mainlined directly into their auditory cortices via concerts, earphones and the like.

$39.98.

Yeah, this will go over well in Court. I'd need a listening device disguised as a hearing aid to listen to the other counsel whisper to their client(s), or confirm that the judge is snoring....
